User Agreement/ Terms of Service

Our mission is to provide a platform where individuals can engage directly with professionals, gain practical insight, expand their knowledge, and achieve meaningful personal or professional growth.

Use of our Services constitutes your agreement to these Terms. Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.

By creating a Genuine-Coaches account, or by accessing or using our Services (as defined below), you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Genuine-Coaches. This applies whether you use third-party login credentials or access the Services on behalf of an organization. If you do not agree to this agreement (“Agreement” or “User Agreement”), you must not create an account or access or use our Services. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of the Services.

If you are a visitor, member, or coach using our Services, the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any related documents referenced therein, including updates. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

1.      Services

This Agreement applies to Genuine-Coaches.com, Genuine-Coaches–branded applications, and all related websites, apps, communications, and services that state they are governed by this Agreement (collectively, the “Services”). This includes off-platform data collection connected to the Services, such as through advertisements and plugins.

Genuine-Coaches and Key Terms

Genuine-Coaches
You are entering into this Agreement with Genuine-Coaches (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Designated Countries
“Designated Countries” refers to member states of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland. Our Services are not currently offered in these countries.

If you reside outside the Designated Countries, you are contracting with Genuine-Coaches, which will act as the controller (or business responsible) for your personal data that is provided to, collected by or for, or processed in connection with the Services.

Affiliates
“Affiliates” are entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with Genuine-Coaches.

Social Actions
“Social Actions” means interactions members take through the Services, such as liking, commenting, following, or sharing content.

Content
“Content” includes, but is not limited to, posts, feedback, comments, profiles, articles and contributions, group posts, job postings, messages (including direct messages), videos, photos, audio files, and PDF documents

2.      Coaches and Visitors (Members)

This Agreement applies to both Coaches and Visitors.

By registering for and using the Genuine-Coaches Services, you acknowledge that you are participating as either a Coach or a Visitor, as defined below.

Coach
A “Coach” refers to an individual who offers guidance or mentorship services, including but not limited to mentors, advisors, executive coaches, and life coaches. Coaches on this platform are not acting as licensed therapists (such as psychotherapists or counsellors) or medical professionals regulated by a professional college or governing authority when using the Services.

Visitor
A “Visitor” is an individual seeking non-medical guidance from a Coach. This may include support with workplace challenges, development of social or cultural skills, emotional intelligence, learning new skills, or general life guidance. Visitors may not use the Services to seek medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Medical Services
This platform strictly prohibits the provision of medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. For any health-related concerns, you must consult a licensed medical professional. Please also refer to our Scams and Fraud section for additional information regarding prohibited conduct on Genuine-Coaches.

Changes

We may update this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, from time to time.

If we make material changes, or if notice is legally required, we will notify you through the Services or by other appropriate means, giving you an opportunity to review the changes before they take effect. However, prior notice may not always be provided when (1) changes are legally required to take immediate effect, or (2) changes relate to the introduction of a new service or feature.

All changes will apply prospectively only; no modifications will be retroactive.

If you do not agree with any updates, you may terminate this Agreement by closing your account. Your continued use of the Services after we publish or provide notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms as of their effective date.

Obligations

Service Eligibility

By entering into this Agreement, you make the following representations and warranties:

You are eligible to enter into this Agreement and are at least the Minimum Age. The Services are not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

To use the Services, you agree that:

  1. You are the Minimum Age or older;
  2. You will maintain only one Genuine-Coaches account; and
  3. You are not currently restricted by Genuine-Coaches from using the Services.

Creating an account using false or misleading information is a violation of this Agreement. This includes registering an account on behalf of another person or for anyone under 18 years of age.

Minimum Age means 18 years old. However, if applicable law requires you to be older for Genuine-Coaches to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including the processing of your personal data), then the Minimum Age will be that higher legally required age

Your Account

Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to keep your password secure and not share your account with any other person. You must comply with this Agreement, our policies, and all applicable laws.

As an account holder (“Member”), you agree to:

  1. Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account (including using a strong, confidential password);
  2. Not share, sell, assign, or transfer your account, or any portion of it, to another person, including transferring connections or personal data associated with your account; and
  3. Comply with all applicable laws, our “Dos and Don’ts,” and our Community Policy.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless you close the account or promptly notify us of unauthorized use or security concerns.

As between you and any other party (including your employer), your account belongs to you. However, if a third party purchases Services on your behalf for work-related use (for example, a recruiter license), that paying party may control access to and receive reports regarding your use of the paid Service. They do not, however, obtain rights to your personal account.

Payment

Fees, Payments, and Taxes

You agree to fulfill all payment obligations and authorize us to store and process your payment information. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and additional fees.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change our pricing from time to time, and any revised pricing will apply on a prospective basis.

If you purchase any paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and any additional terms specific to those Services. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of your paid Services.

You also agree that:

  • Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or price differences based on your location (e.g., currency conversion rates).
  • We may store and continue to charge your designated payment method (such as a credit card), including after its expiration date, to prevent interruptions to your paid Services and to cover other Services you may purchase. If your primary payment method fails, we may charge a secondary method you have provided. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
  • If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period for the applicable fees and taxes. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel before the renewal date.
  • We may update our pricing with reasonable notice, to the extent permitted by law, and such changes will apply only to future billing periods.
  • All paid Services are subject to the Genuine-Coaches Refund Policy.

We may calculate taxes owed based on the billing information you provide

Notices and Messages

Notices and Communications

You agree that we may provide notices and other communications to you through the Services (including our websites and apps) or through the contact information you provide (such as email, mobile number, or mailing address). You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. If your contact information is inaccurate or outdated, you may not receive important notices.

Sharing of Information

Our Services allow you to share information and content in various ways, including through your profile, posts, group posts, and messages. Depending on the feature used and your settings, the information you share may be visible to others, who may view, copy, or use it.

Where we provide privacy or visibility settings, we will honor the choices you make regarding who can see your content or other information (for example, limiting visibility to connections, controlling profile discoverability, or choosing not to notify others of profile updates).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not obligated to publish any content or information on the Services and may remove it at our discretion, with or without notice.

Rights and Limitations

Your License to Genuine-Coaches

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to the Services. However, by sharing content or information with us (including posting, uploading, or otherwise submitting it), you grant Genuine-Coaches a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, host, and process that content without further notice or compensation to you or others. This license is limited as follows:

  1. Termination of License
    You may end this license for specific content by deleting it from the Services, or generally by closing your account, except to the extent that:

·         The content has been shared with others who have copied, reshared, or stored it;

·         We previously sublicensed it before deletion;

·         We are required by law to retain it; or

·         It remains in backup systems for a reasonable retention period.

Use in Advertising
We will not include your content in third-party advertisements without your separate consent (such as sponsored content). However, ads may appear near your content, and your social actions (e.g., likes or follows) may be associated with advertisements as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also reference your name or image to promote Service features you use, subject to your settings.

Audience Choices
We will respect the audience settings you select. If you make content publicly available (e.g., “Anyone on or off Genuine-Coaches”), we may allow it to be shared outside the platform and made discoverable through third-party services and search tools.

Content Formatting
We may make technical or formatting changes to your content (such as translation, transcription, resizing, or metadata tagging) but will not intentionally alter the substantive meaning of your content.

Your Rights to Share Elsewhere
Because your license to us is non-exclusive, you remain free to share your content elsewhere, including under other licensing terms such as Creative Commons.

Personal Data and Feedback

If your content includes personal data, it is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may access, store, process, and use information you provide in accordance with that policy and your selected settings.

If you submit suggestions or feedback about our Services, you agree that we may use and share that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

Your Representations About Content

You represent and warrant that:

·         You have the right to share the content and information you provide;

·         Your content does not violate any laws or the rights of others (including intellectual property rights); and

·         The information you provide on your profile is accurate and truthful.

We may be required by law to remove certain content or information in specific jurisdictions.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. This includes limiting the availability of features, content, or information to certain Members (for example, based on location or subscription level).

We do not guarantee that any content or information you share will remain available. Genuine-Coaches is not a storage or archiving service. Except as required by applicable law or described in our Privacy Policy, we have no obligation to store, maintain, or provide copies of any content or information you or others submit.

Other Content, Sites, Apps, and Services

Your use of content, products, or services provided by others through the Services is at your own risk.

Content Provided by Others

You may encounter content or information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise harmful. You agree that Genuine-Coaches is not responsible for content or information made available by Members or other third parties through the Services.

Although we may use automated or manual tools to review content, we cannot prevent all misuse of the Services. You acknowledge the risk that others may post inaccurate or misleading statements about you or your organization, or that you may be mistakenly associated with others’ content. We are not responsible for such conduct.

Products and Services Offered by Others

Genuine-Coaches may facilitate connections between you and Coaches. However:

·         We do not provide coaching services ourselves.

·         We do not employ Coaches or supply the services or products they offer.

·         We do not supervise, direct, control, or monitor Coaches in the delivery of their services.

You agree that:

·         Genuine-Coaches is not responsible for any offers, services, products, or outcomes provided by Coaches;

·         We do not endorse any particular Coach or offering; and

·         Genuine-Coaches does not act as an agent, broker, or employment agency for Coaches or users of the platform.

With respect to professional opportunities, Genuine-Coaches does not make hiring or employment decisions on behalf of Coaches or organizations and has no authority to do so.

To offer or obtain Coach services through the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years old; and
  • If you provide services, you represent and warrant that you hold all required qualifications, licenses, or credentials and will perform services in accordance with applicable laws and relevant industry standards.

Events Organized by Others

We may enable you to register for or attend events organized by Coaches or other third parties. You agree that:

  1. Genuine-Coaches is not responsible for the conduct of Coaches, speakers, or attendees at such events;
  2. We do not endorse any event listed on the Services;
  3. We do not review or vet events or speakers; and
  4. Your participation is subject to the terms and conditions set by the event organizer.

3.Limits

Limits on Use of the Services

·         We reserve the right to limit how you connect and interact on the Services. This includes restricting the number of connections you may have and your ability to contact other Members.

·         Genuine-Coaches may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, our policies, or applicable law, or if you misuse the Services (including violations of our Dos and Don’ts or Community Policies).

·         We may also remove any content or information you share if we believe it violates this Agreement, our Community Policies, or our Dos and Don’ts.

Intellect​ual Property Rights

Genuine-Coaches retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Services. Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of the Services or related materials.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and graphics used in connection with the Services are the property of their respective owners. Genuine-Coaches names, logos, and branding elements are trademarks or registered trademarks of Genuine-Coaches and may not be used without permission.

Recommendations and Automated Processing

We use data and information about you and other Members to personalize and improve the Services.

Recommendations

We use information you provide, along with data about Members and content, to make recommendations regarding connections, content, advertisements, and features. This information may also be used to determine the order in which content appears, such as organizing your feed to make it more relevant to you. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date profile information helps improve the relevance of these recommendations.

Generative AI and Automated Content

The Services may include features that generate content automatically using artificial intelligence or similar technologies. Such content may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, or unsuitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before sharing it.

All content you share—whether created by you or generated using automated tools—must comply with our Community Policies and must not be misleading or unlawful.

The Services may also display content generated by AI tools operated by Genuine-Coaches or third parties. Regardless of whether content is labeled as AI-generated, you should carefully evaluate it before relying on it.

4. Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

No Warranty

This is our disclaimer of legal liability for the quality, safety, or reliability of our Services.

GENUINE-COACHES AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ABOUT THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY REPRESENTATION THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND PROVIDE THE SERVICES (INCLUDING CONTENT, OUTPUT AND INFORMATION) ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GENUINE-COACHES AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If you plan to use content, output and information for any reason, it is your responsibility to verify its accuracy and fitness for your purposes, because any content, output and information on the service may not reflect accurate, complete, or current information.

Exclusion of Liability

These are the limits of legal liability we may have to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND UNLESS GENUINE-COACHES HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT OVERRIDES THIS CONTRACT), GENUINE-COACHES AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION (E.G., OFFENSIVE OR DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS), LOSS OF DATA (E.G., DOWN TIME OR LOSS, USE OF, OR CHANGES TO, YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTENT) OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

GENUINE-COACHES AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT FOR ANY AMOUNT THAT EXCEEDS (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO GENUINE-COACHES FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT, IF ANY, OR (B) US $1000.

Basis of the Bargain; Exclusions

The limitations of liability in this section are part of the basis of the bargain between you and Genuine-Coaches and shall apply to all claims of liability (e.g., warranty, tort, negligence, contract and law) even if Genuine-Coaches or its affiliates has been told of the possibility of any such damage, and even if these remedies fail their essential purpose.

THESE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY OR FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR IN CASES OF NEGLIGENCE, WHERE A MATERIAL OBLIGATION HAS BEEN BREACHED. A MATERIAL OBLIGATION BEING AN OBLIGATION WHICH FORMS A PREREQUISITE TO OUR DELIVERY OF SERVICES AND ON WHICH YOU MAY REASONABLY RELY, BUT ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT THE DAMAGES WERE DIRECTLY CAUSED BY THE BREACH AND WERE FORESEEABLE UPON CONCLUSION OF THIS CONTRACT AND TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY ARE TYPICAL IN THE CONTEXT OF THIS CONTRACT.

Termination

We can each end this Contract, but some rights and obligations survive.

Both you and Genuine-Coaches may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. The following shall survive termination:

1.      Our rights to use and disclose your feedback;

2.      Section on Limits

3.      Sections Disclaimer and Liability, Governing law and Dispute Resolution, General Terms of this Contract; and

4.      Any amounts owed by either party prior to termination remain owed after termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a legal dispute, you and Genuine-Coaches agree to resolve it under the following terms:

Primary Jurisdiction: Ontario, Canada, courts using Ontario law.

Consumer Protections: This agreement does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections provided by the law of the country where you have your habitual residence, to which we direct our Services.

Alternative Jurisdiction: For disputes arising out of or relating to this User Agreement, you may alternatively choose to bring the matter before the competent courts in the country of your habitual residence where our Services are directed.

This ensures that any disputes are handled fairly while respecting local consumer protections.

5.General Terms

Additional Contract Details

Severability: If a court with jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement unenforceable, you and Genuine-Coaches agree that the court should modify the provision to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent. If modification is not possible, the unenforceable provision may be removed, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force.

·Entire Agreement: This Agreement, including any additional terms provided when you use specific features of the Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Genuine-Coaches regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

No Waiver: Failure by Genuine-Coaches to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

·Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, your account, or your use of the Services without our prior written consent. Genuine-Coaches may assign or transfer this Agreement to an affiliate or any successor in interest without your consent.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries: This Agreement does not create any rights for third parties to enforce its terms.

6.Genuine-Coaches “Dos and Don’ts”

Genuine-Coaches is a community of professionals, experts, pros, specialists, amateurs, and everyday advice givers. This list of “Dos and Don’ts” along with our Communal Policies, User Agreement, Professional Practice limits what you can and cannot do on our Services, unless otherwise explicitly permitted by Genuine-Coaches in a separate writing (e.g., through a research agreement).

Dos and Don’ts

Genuine-Coaches is a community of professionals, experts, specialists, amateurs, and everyday advice-givers. The following Dos and Don’ts, together with our Communal Policies, govern your behavior on the Services unless otherwise explicitly permitted in writing by Genuine-Coaches (for example, through a research agreement).

Dos

By using the Services, you agree that you will:

·         Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, and other regulations governing the content shared or use of the Services.

·         Provide accurate contact and identity information to us and keep it updated.

·         Use the Services in a professional and respectful manner.

Don’ts

By using the Services, you agree that you will not:

·         Create a false identity, misrepresent your identity, create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or access another Member’s account (including sharing credentials or cookies).

·         Develop, support, or use software, scripts, robots, crawlers, plugins, or other automated means to scrape, copy, or collect data from the Services.

·         Bypass or circumvent security features or access controls, including limits on search results, profiles, or content.

·         Copy, display, distribute, or use information from the Services without the consent of the content owner.

·         Disclose confidential information that you do not have permission to share, including that of other Members or your employer.

·         Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or redistribute others’ posts or content without permission, unless expressly allowed (e.g., via Creative Commons licensing).

·         Violate the intellectual property or other rights of Genuine-Coaches, including:

·         Copying or distributing learning videos or other materials;

·         Copying or distributing our technology (unless released under an open-source license);

·         Using “Genuine-Coaches” or our logos in a business name, email, or URL without consent, except as provided in our Brand Guidelines.

·         Post content that contains viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

·         Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or related technology not released under an open-source license.

·         Imply or state that you are affiliated with or endorsed by Genuine-Coaches without our express consent.

·         Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell, resell, or otherwise monetize the Services, related data, or access to them without our consent.

·         Deep-link to the Services except to promote your profile or a Group, without consent.

·         Use bots or other unauthorized automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages, or artificially inflate engagement metrics (such as comments, likes, shares, or reposts).

·         Frame, mirror, or simulate the appearance or function of the Services.

·         Overlay, modify, or obscure the appearance of the Services, including advertisements.

·         Interfere with or place an unreasonable load on the Services, including spam, denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or manipulating algorithms.

·         Violate our Communal Policies, third-party terms where applicable, or additional terms provided for specific Services.

·         Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or deceitful purposes (including manipulated media that falsely depicts individuals).

·         Misuse our reporting or appeals processes, including submitting duplicative, fraudulent, or unfounded reports, complaints, or appeals.

Complaints Regarding Content

  • If you believe that content or other information shared by Members violates your rights (including intellectual property rights), our Communal Policies, this Agreement, or applicable law, we encourage you to report it promptly.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we may remove or restrict access to content, features, services, or information if we determine it is reasonably necessary to:
  • Prevent harm to Genuine-Coaches or others;
  • Comply with applicable laws; or
  • Prevent misuse of the Services.
  • We reserve the right to take action for serious violations of this Agreement, which may include account restrictions or suspension for significant breaches.
  • We respect the intellectual property and other rights of third parties. All content shared by Members should be accurate and must not infringe the rights of others.

Genuine-Coaches Privacy Policy

Genuine-Coaches is a platform connecting coaches with individuals seeking advice. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Services, including coaches, visitors, and members, and governs how we collect, use, and share personal information.

Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Services: Genuine-Coaches.com, Genuine-Coaches-branded apps, and other Genuine-Coaches-branded sites, apps, communications, and services offered under this Policy. Services offered under a different privacy policy are excluded.
  • Users: Registered users (“Members”), coaches, visitors, and anyone interacting with our platform.
  • Designated Countries: Refers to the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and Switzerland. Currently, our Services are not offered in these countries.

If you are outside of the Designated Countries, Genuine-Coaches acts as the data controller responsible for your personal data collected, provided, or processed in connection with our Services.

Your continued use of our Services constitutes your agreement to the collection, use, and sharing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Genuine-Coaches may modify this Privacy Policy. If material changes are made, we will provide notice via our Services or other means, allowing you the opportunity to review the changes.

  • If you object to any changes, you may close your account.
  • Continued use of our Services after the effective date of changes constitutes consent to the updated Privacy Policy.

Data We Collect

Data You Provide to Us

Registration: To create an account, you provide data such as your name, email, mobile number, city or general location, password, and payment/billing information.

Profile: You may choose what information to include on your profile. While not all fields are required, providing complete information enhances your experience. Avoid posting sensitive personal information in public or group settings.

Advertising

We serve tailored ads on and off our Services. You have choices regarding personalized advertising, but cannot opt-out of seeing non-personalized ads.

    • Information you provide (profile, contact info);

Posts, Likes, Follows, Comments, and Messages

  • Our Services allow you to view and share information through posts, likes, follows, comments, and messages.
  • Public Sharing: When you share a post or article (e.g., update, image, video, or article) publicly, it can be viewed by anyone and re-shared in accordance with your privacy settings.
  • Group Posts: Posts in groups are visible based on the group type:
  • Private groups: visible only to members of the group.
  • Public groups: visible to everyone.
  • Your membership in groups is publicly displayed on your profile.
  • Organization Pages: Information shared on company or organizational pages is visible to the organization and others viewing that content.
  • Messages and Views: We may notify senders when you act on a message, subject to your settings. Similarly, we may let coaches or organizations know when you view their profile or page, depending on your preferences.
  • Social Actions: Likes, comments, and re-shares may be visible to others and associated with your profile, name, and photo if provided.

Communication Archival

  • Some Members, such as regulated professionals, may need to archive communications for legal or professional compliance.
  • We provide functionality that allows such Members (or their employers) to store messages outside our Services for compliance purposes, e.g., a financial advisor archiving communications with clients to maintain licensure.

  • We share your data across our Services and affiliated entities.

Account Closure

Closing your account stops most visibility within 24 hours.

  • Fulfilling unsubscribe requests.
  • Content shared with others (e.g., posts, group content) may remain visible even after account closure.

Inaccurate information on a coaches’ profile

Reporting Inaccurate Employment or Education Information

·         Any individual may report employment history or educational credentials on a coach’s profile that they believe are incorrectly attributed to an organization or institution. Reports should be submitted by email to info@genuinecoaches.com and should only concern inaccuracies relating to work experience or academic background.

·         When submitting a report, please include:

·         A direct link to the profile or specific information being questioned

·         Identification of the employment or education entry you believe is inaccurate

·         A description of the basis for your belief that the information is incorrect

·         Your electronic signature

Once a report is received, our team will inform the Member that their listed employment or education details have been challenged. The information in question may be removed within 14 days unless the Member disputes the report within that timeframe. Reviews under this process are limited strictly to employment and education claims.

Challenging a Report

If you believe a report submitted about your profile is mistaken or incomplete, you may contest the report by contacting us at info@genuinecoaches.com and providing supporting information for our review.
